“What are boundaries?”

Wikipedia defines “Personal boundaries as guidelines, rules or limits that a person creates to identify reasonable, safe and permissible ways for other people to behave towards them and how they will respond when someone passes those limits.” It is our right to have, state and communicate these boundaries with the hope that others respect them. If these individual boundaries can not be abided by then we have a right to separate ourselves from undesirable situations. Be assertive when affirming our needs and wants. It’s ok to reconsider but only if it’s our choice.

“What will happen if you let go?”

Consciously breathing into a situation yin or yang will bring us to a beautiful realization worth the release. Intimately understand our situation and the life we’ve chosen. Take a deep breathe, fall deep into the moment and feel entirely. Once we’ve accepted the moment, we can fully move onto the next. Taking in the thing we’ve asked for allow us to see our capabilities then we can advance to the next step in our journey with the knowledge and courage to manifest optimally.

“How is past life regression?”

After receiving a message through tarot, thoughts flooded my consciousness of past lives up to the present. One past specifically stood out of this form in the womb relaxed and sheltered until a feeling of release overtook it. Initially there was hesitation to succumb to the feeling. Yet another feeling rose above it and gave reassurance to believe in the possibilities. Birth was the best decision ever made. Gratitude.

Fasting: Fortitude

“How are fast journeys?”

During my fast there was nothing, just anxiety rapped in oral fixation. Food was missed imaginatively, taste laid dormant. Brushing my teeth removed all desire for attachment. Worldly clarity came by day 3. Mental stimulation was a high priority and quick to come when needed. Daily routines included exercises and tea to keep weight up. All else is up to the mind and breathe.

Five Love Languages

“What is a love language?”

Love can be demonstrated in many ways. Gary Chapman (author of 5 Love Languages) classifies the main five as:

  1. Physical Touch
  2. Acts of service
  3. Words of affirmation
  4. Quality time
  5. Receiving gifts

Not necessarily in this order. The layout depends on the individuals’ highest feelings toward the questions asked. Chapman’s approach to show love by five simple practices brings light to how we express our love. Also, individuals can learn to love themselves suitably. Furthermore, couples find love through similar expressions of love.
