Scenic Sunday: Gratitude

Gratitude makes manifestation flow. Part of my daily practice is to go through my list of things I’m thankful for. It’s the purpose and reasons that I keep going. Gratitude for things also keeps them coming. Whatever you desire ask the Universe for it and be thankful before it arrives, while it’s there and even after it’s gone so it can come back around. Also if your not sure what your thankful for, ask self.

Pre meditate a routine to do daily, it may not have to be in that order but make sure you accomplish these tasks each day. It will help you feel encouraged, appreciative and grateful. These steps will also help you move along in your long term goals. Regulation of your mind, body and spirit keeps you going. Going and moving is life. What works for me is up with the sun and sleep 3 hours after the sun. 4 meals a day and 3 meditation sessions a day. Mixed in with work, play and social time. See what your body needs and make a plan to give it those things.
