Wellness Wednesday: Fasting

“Is today the day to be healthy?”

Hello Reflections,

Today’s topic is “Fasting”. Research states that fasting was done for religious reasons, for health and for appreciation. Science has proven that when you fast your body can restart to its original state. We can be in true homeostasis. While fasting our body can filter out at least 10 years worth of toxins that have been sitting in our small intestines and colon. The longest fast has been for 56 days. For those who don’t want tko go full cold turkey, there is intermediate fasting which is fasting for a period of time throughout the day. I have tried both, the first for 21 days and the second (intermediate fasting) for 15. It’s not about weight loss, it’s about health. Our bodies go through many things throughout our lives, external and internal toxins. Give your body a fighting chance. Once your body has restarted I recommend eating healthy. Our bodies took years to get use to these toxins that are slowly killing us but restarting puts your body in a vulnerable position. Once it’s this way, the only option is to feed it healthy foods. I recommend Dr. Sebi’s food list. I’ll put the list at the end of this post. These foods are organic, not man made or genetically modified. I also recommend using Dr. Sebi’s Bromide plus powder, Green food and Iron tonic. The Bromide plus powder has 92 of the 102 nutritents that our bodies need to function. The green food is considered a food supplement. The Iron tonic has all the iron your body needs to filter out toxins. If we want a change, we have to be a change and start within ourselves. Clean our lives from the inside out.
