Food Friday: Cellular level mixed berry smoothie bowl

“What’s on your plate?”
Smoothies are one of the quickest meals available. That are packed with awesome nutrients, ready for digestion.
  • 1/2 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1/2 cup sliced fresh strawberries
  • 1/4 cup sliced yellow burro banana
  • 1/8 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon raw hemp seeds
  • 1 teaspoon raw agave
  • 1-2 teaspoons of seaoss gel or sea Moss powder
Set aside a few berries to place on top of finished smoothie. Add fruit to blender and blend smooth. Pour smoothie into bowl. Artfully arrange remaining berries and hemp seeds on top. Drizzle with agave.
