Food Friday: Quinoa Kale Mushroom Patties

Ingredients:

  1. 2 cups of water
  2. 1 cup of quinoa
  3. 3. 2 cups of mushrooms
  4. 4. Thyme
  5. 5. Oregano
  6. 6. Dill
  7. 7. Sea Salt
  8. Grapeseed oil
  9. Spelt Flour

Instructions:

Cook Quinoa like instructions on the back list. Salute mushrooms in grapeseed oil for 3 mins. Let cool. Mix all ingredients in a bowl, add flour and make in patties. Fry in pan until brown color or in oven on 350 degrees for 15 mins. I recommend making a side salad, kale or mixed greens for balance.
