- Bush of kale
- 1 tablespoon of grapeseed oil/Olive oil
- 2 tablespoons of sea salt
- 2 tablespoons of basil or oregano
Wash kale and dry. Break off leaves from stem (stem can get too hard to eat). Preheat oven for 350 degrees. Add oil to baking pan. Mix oil, salt and other seasoning. Add to leaves. Place in oven for 30 mins. Move or shake up every 15 mins so that they don’t burn. Check periodically.
