Butternut Squash Sauce


  1. Squash
  2. 3/4 coconut milk
  3. 1/2 walnut milk
  4. Onion powder
  5. Sea Salt
  6. 1/4 Walnuts
  7. Spelt pasta
  8. 1/4 walnut butter


Peel squash and cut into cubes. Boil till soft. Let cool. Transfer to processor. Add 3/4 coco milk, walnut milk, walnuts. Blend until smooth. Add onion powder, sea salt. Boil pasta, add butter to noodles and stir to coat noodles. Add sauce and adjust seasoning to liking.
