Alkaline Tuna Spread with Rye Crackers

Vegan Mayo (for spread)


  1. Brazil nuts
  2. Olive Oil
  3. Lime
  4. Spring water
  5. Sea salt


Soak Brazil nuts. Add to blinder. Add olive oil and other ingredients to taste.

Chickpea Spread


  1. Kelp powder
  2. Nori Flakes
  3. Lime Juice
  4. Cilantro
  5. Sea Salt
  6. Onions
  7. Vegan mayo


Prepare chickpeas as instructed. Chop onions. Add all ingredients together and add to blinder.

Rye Crackers


  1. Rye flour
  2. Spring water
  3. Sea Salt


Add water to rye flour, add salt to taste and bake at 200 degrees for a hour


Watercress Salad


  1. Watercress greens
  2. Cherry tomatoes
  3. Cucumber
  4. Avocado


Chop up watercress, tomatoes, cucumber and avocado.
