Alkaline Lunch Burger

Filling

Ingredients:

  1. Avocado
  2. Mushrooms
  3. Onion
  4. Peppers
  5. Nopales
  6. Cilantro

Prepare:

Cook mushrooms in walnut, grape seed or avocado oil. Add other ingredients as dressing.

Bun

Ingredients:

  1. Quinoa Flour
  2. Hemp milk
  3. Sea salt
  4. Agave
  5. Oregano
  6. Onion Powder

Prepare:

Mix all ingredients together. Bake at 200 degrees for a hour in the oven.
