What to do before a session

Our bodies are made of energy. Our bones are at a lower frequency than our blood, thoughts, etc. This magnetic pulse or energy is known as a bio magnetic field.
When a practitioner is preforming a healing session, the energy that comes from their arms to their hands produce a significantly larger bio magnetic reading (7-10Hz – theta and alpha range) than a non practitioner. This frequency can cause physical healing.
During a session a practitioner places their hands on or just above a clients body. The practitioner emanates universal energy from their hands that flow into the clients body. The session can be in person or from a distance through a Reiki box.
You must experience a Reiki session to fully appreciate and understand it.
